Privacy, plainly
Your work stays
on your side.
Field Desk runs its tools in your browser. The text and dates you enter are not sent to a server by these tools.
What happens to your input
JavaScript on the page performs the conversion or counting directly on your device. The site does not write tool entries to cookies, local storage, or a database. Clearing a tool removes its current input and output from the page.
Your browser may retain form values through its own session restoration or autofill features. Browser extensions, clipboard software, and your device’s settings are outside the site’s control.
Copying a result
The Base64 tool writes a result to your system clipboard only when you press “Copy result.” It does not read your clipboard. Your device may keep a clipboard history if you have enabled that feature.
Website requests
Your browser requests the page, stylesheet, script, and icon needed to display the site. As with any website, the hosting service receives technical information such as your IP address, the requested URL, and browser headers, and may keep operational logs.
Tool inputs are not added to URLs or included in those requests. The site does not use analytics, advertising scripts, external fonts, or third-party content requests.
No account, no saved workspace
Field Desk has no sign-in or account system. It does not keep a history of your calculations. Copy anything you want to keep before leaving the page.
